A: Nothing is charged: the trial needs no payment details. After 7 days PrintSphere becomes the free version, which can still scan your PC and show which drivers are out of date. Installing driver updates, Update all, driver backup and restore, scheduled scans and Startup Manager need a plan: Monthly ($9.99) for up to 3 computers, or Premium Annual ($89.99) for all your computers.
Q: What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
A: The Monthly plan ($9.99) gives you full features on up to 3 computers for 1 month. The Annual plan ($89.99) covers a full year on unlimited computers with priority support — saving you over 25% compared to buying 12 months separately. The Annual plan is also available for 2 years ($174.98, save $5) or 3 years ($259.97, save $10): choose the length at checkout. All plans are one-time payments: nothing renews or charges you automatically.
Q: What happens to my data after the trial ends?
A: Nothing is deleted. Your settings and driver backups stay on your PC. Activate a plan any time to update drivers and restore your backups again.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal's secure checkout — you don't need a PayPal account to pay by card. PrintSphere never sees your card details. Your license key is emailed to you right after payment.
Q: Is there a refund policy?

Q: Do prices include tax?

A: No. Both plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged automatically. Your license simply works until its end date. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.
Q: Will my license work on both Windows and Mac?
A: PrintSphere Driver Updater is for Windows only: Windows 10 (version 1607 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit. It doesn't run on Windows 7, 8 or Mac.
Q: What happens when my license ends?
A: The app reminds you a few days before. When it ends, the paid features (Update all, Backup, Scheduled scans and Startup Manager) lock again, while free scanning and single driver updates keep working. Buy a new license any time to unlock them again — your settings stay on your PC.
