End-User License Agreement (EULA)

⚠️ Important: Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing or using PrintSphere Driver Updater ("Software"). By selecting "I accept the agreement", installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. This is the same agreement shown by the installer.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, PrintSphere Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on your devices, within the limits of your plan
• Use the Software to find and install drivers offered by Microsoft Windows Update for your devices
• Use the Software for personal or internal business purposes

1.1 Plans

• Free trial: request a free trial key on our website with your name and email address (one trial per email address). Once activated in the Software, it makes all features of the paid plans available at no charge for 7 calendar days, counting the day the key is issued. No payment details are required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. After the trial, the Software continues to work as the Free plan and reminds you that you can activate a paid plan.
• Free: scanning your PC and showing which drivers are out of date. Installing driver updates and the other features need the free trial or a paid plan. No payment required.
• Monthly: adds installing driver updates (one at a time or all at once), driver backup and restore, scheduled scans and turning off or removing startup apps, on up to 3 computers, for one month from purchase.
• Annual: the same features on all of your computers, for one year from purchase.

Prices are shown on our Pricing page before you pay. Paid plans are one-time payments for the stated period. They do not renew automatically. When a paid plan ends, the Software continues to work as the Free plan.

1.2 License Keys

Paid plans are activated with a license key sent to you after payment. Do not share your license key. Using a Monthly plan on more than 3 computers requires additional plans.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software
• Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations
• Circumvent any technical limitations, license checks or security features
• Share your license key or create license keys

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. PrintSphere Technologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

3.1 Third-Party Content

The Software includes third-party components subject to their own licenses. All drivers are the property of their respective manufacturers and are provided by Microsoft Windows Update. We do not claim ownership of any driver.

4. Information on Your Computer

To work, the Software reads information on your computer: the devices installed, their drivers and versions, and your Windows version. This information is used on your computer and is sent only to Microsoft Windows Update to look up drivers for your devices, in the same way Windows itself does. The Software does not send this information to PrintSphere Technologies. Your license key contains the email address used at purchase.

5. Changes to Your System

The Software installs drivers only after you choose to install them. By default it creates a Windows restore point first, which you can turn off in Settings. If Windows System Protection is turned off, the Software asks you before turning it on. You can undo driver changes with Windows System Restore, Device Manager (Roll Back Driver), or the Software's Backup and Restore features.

6. Updates to the Software

New versions of the Software may be offered on our website. The Software does not install updates to itself without your action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 No Guarantee of Compatibility

We do not guarantee that:

• All drivers will work with your hardware
• Driver installations will not cause system issues
• The Software will find every available driver update (it finds updates that Microsoft Windows Update offers for your devices)
• Drivers will improve system performance
• The Software is compatible with all system configurations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PrintSphere Technologies SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Total liability SHALL NOT EXCEED the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.)

8.1 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

• Hardware damage or malfunction
• Data loss or corruption
• System crashes or instability
• Incompatible driver installations
• Third-party software conflicts
• User error or misuse of the Software

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintSphere Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Software
• Your violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any unauthorized use of your license

10. Termination

You may end this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting all copies.

We may end this EULA immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of this EULA
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or distribute the Software without permission
• Create or share license keys without authorization

When this EULA ends, you must uninstall the Software. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

11. Export Compliance

The Software may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws. You represent that you are not:

• Located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo
• Listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list
• Prohibited from receiving U.S. exports

12. Independent Software Provider

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@printspheretechnologies.net. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA is the entire agreement between you and PrintSphere Technologies regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA. The version shown when you install or update the Software applies to that version.
